No-Bake Marshmallow-Butterscotch-Chex Cookies

 This five ingredient dessert is easy to make and easy to eat. Try it with whichever Chex™ cereal you have on hand!



Ingredients

  • 4
    cups Chex™ cereal, any variety
  • 1/2
    cup lightly salted peanuts
  • 2
    cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1
    bag (11 oz) butterscotch chips
  • 1/2
    cup creamy peanut butter

Steps

1 In large bowl, mix cereal, peanuts and marshmallows.

2 In medium microwavable bowl, microwave butterscotch chips and peanut butter uncovered on Medium to Medium-High (50 to 75%) in 1-minute increments, stirring after each minute, just until mixture is smooth and melted. This should take 3 to 4 minutes.

3 Pour over cereal mixture, using large wooden spoon to mix until cereal mixture is thoroughly coated. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed or cooking parchment paper.

4 Let stand 15 to 20 minutes to set.

Chocolate-Stuffed Gingerbread Cookies

  Shortcut gingerbread cookies stuffed with melty Hershey's™ chocolate make for an impressive cookie tray addition that’s so easy to pull off! Ingredients 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ gingerbread cookie mix Butter, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch 2 bars (1.55 oz each) Hershey'smilk chocolate candy 1/2 cup coarse white sparkling sugar Steps 1  Heat oven to 375°F. Make cookie dough as directed on pouch. 2  Shape dough into 20 (1 1/2-inch) balls. Break candy bars into individual rectangles. Press 1 rectangle into center of each cookie, making sure to form dough around chocolate to enclose; reshape into balls. Reserve remaining rectangles for another use. Roll balls in sugar.
